Abstract
Objective To investigate into the clinical characteristics and risk factors of reproductive age patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,and to construct a Logistic regression model of PCOS risk factors.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria of polycystic ovary syndrome in Rotterdam,the clinical features of PCOS patients were analyzed retrospectively.In the case-control study,131 patients with PCOS were put into the case group and 395 non-PCOS patients with regular menstrual cycles were selected as the control.The Logistic regression model was established by analyzing the related risk factors of PCOS.Results Eight factors entered the regression model.Conclusion Risk factors of the incidence of polycystic ovary syndrome included obesity,menarche to menstrual regularity more than 2 years,patient mothers being malnourished during pregnancy,frequent use of disposable plastic tableware,lack of exercise,frequent exposure to kitchen fumes,residence or workplace decoration,residing near a petrochemical plant or waste incineration point.A regression model with high diagnostic efficiency was initially constructed for this kind of diagnosis.关键词
