黄芪浸膏对高血压合并代谢综合征患者微量白蛋白尿影响的随机对照研究
A randomized controlled study of the effect of astragalus extract tablets on microalbuminuria in patients with hypertension and metabolic syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect ofAstragalus membranaceus cultivated in Longxi,Gansu Province on the microalbuminuria (MAU),the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) and the asymmetric di methylarginine (ADMA) in patients with hypertension and metabolic syndrome (MS),so as to investigate into the protective effect of Astragalus membranaceus on renal damage induced by hypertension and MS.Methods One hundred and nineteen patients of hypertension with MS were randomly divided into the control group,small dose Astragalus group and large dose Astragalus group in a randomized controlled clinical study.The control group was given routine medical treatment,and the Astragalus groups were given Astragalus extract tablets for 10 g/d or 5 g/d on the basis of routine medical treatment respectively.Waist circumference,serum glucose and lipid,liver function,renal function,blood pressure,MAU and the levels of ADMA were determined at baseline:sixth months and twelfth months respectively.Results After the treatment of Astragalus membranaceus for one year,no significant difference showed between the treatment groups and the control group in MS components.The MAU was reduced in the high and low dose groups of Astragalus after half year and one year (P ＜ 0.05) and the effect of low dose Astragalus on reducing MAU was not inferior to that of high dose group,but the eGFR was not changed (P ＞ 0.05).Compared with the baseline,the ADMA of high and low dose groups of Astragalus was reduced after half year and one year (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The one-year use of Astragalus in small doses may play a better role in reducing renal damage in patients of hypertension with MS.关键词
