局部应用万古霉素预防脊柱手术部位感染的效果观察

Abstract
Objective To assess the effects and safety of local intrawound application vancomycin powder in preven-ting surgical site infection(SSI) after the spine surgeries. Methods The 564 patients who received spine surgeries were divided into the vancomycin group(297 patients) and the standard prophylaxis scheme group(267 patients) re-spectively. Incidence rate of SSI and adverse drug reaction(ADR) in two groups were compared,as well as the inci-dence rate of SSI in patients with the instrumented and non-instrumented spine surgery. Results Incidence rate of SSI in the vancomycin group was lower than the standard prophylaxis scheme group,and the difference was statistical-ly significant (P<0.05);ADR incidence rate was not statistically significant between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of SSI between the patients with the instrumented and non-instrumented spine surgery (P>0.05). Conclusions Application of local intrawound vancomycin powder can reduce the incidence rate of SSI associated with spine surgery,moreover,the incidence rate of ADR is low.关键词
