Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of warfarin using dose and patient factors on postoperative effect following the total joint replacement. Methods The 250 patients who underwent total joint replacement were treated with warfarin before and after the operation to prevent venous thrombosis, multifactor regression analysis model was used to analyze the general situation and the use situation of warfarin in all patients and the effect factors of warfarin. Results Multivariate regression analysis showed that age,body weight,daily warfarin dose,maximum dose,cumula-tive dose and hospitalization time significantly affected warfarin use effects;multifactor regression analysis of average daily dose showed that daily use dose of warfarin and hospitalization time significantly affected warfarin use effect;multivariate regression model analysis of cumulative dose showed that maximum warfarin dose and hospitalization time significantly affected warfarin use. Conclusions The patients′age,body weight and daily warfarin dose,the maxi-mum dose,hospitalization time all significantly affect warfarin use.关键词
