摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pelvic Tile C-type fractures treated with anterior external fixation combined with posterior M-shaped plate internal fixation. Methods Treatment of pelvic Tile C-type fractures with anterior external fixation and posterior M-shaped plate internal fixation in 12 cases were performed,and the post-operative functional recovery and complication were evaluated. Results Patients were followed up for 6~43 months. All of the incisions were healed, no postoperative deep infection, iatrogenic blood vessels, nerve injury and other complications occurred. At the last follow-up,the Majeed scoring system was used to evaluate the functional recover-y,the results were excellent in 8 cases and good in 4. Conclusions Anterior external fixation combined with poste-rior M-shaped plate internal fixation is a safe and effective method for the treatment of pelvic Tile C-type fractures, which has the advantages of less trauma,quick recovery and satisfactory results.关键词
