Abstract
Objective To analyse the therapeutic effect of femoral intertrochanteric fractures treated with proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA). Methods The 42 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated by PFNA. The indicators including operative time, intraoperative blood loss, complications, length of hospital stays, fracture healing time and hip function recovery were analysed. Results The operation time and intraoperative blood loss were 42~127(63.9 ± 19.6) min and 126 ~430(203.3 ± 67.9) respectively. The hospital stay was 17 ~28 (23.9 ± 3.1) d. The 41 patients were followed up for 6~12 months. All fractures were healed without the occur-rence of complications. At the final follow-up,the hip function was excellent in 31 cases,good in 6,fair in 1,poor in 3,and the excellent-good rate was 90.2% according to Harris hip score. Conclusions The fixation of PFNA is ef-fective in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures. The procedure is convenient and less invasive,resulting in less blood loss,short operation time,less complications,and good recovery of hip fuction. The efficacy is signifi-cant.关键词
