摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of proximal femoral nail anti-rotatoin(PFNA) in elderly femoral in-tertrochanteric fracture. Methods The 71 cases of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were trea-ted with PFNA. Results All patients received follow-up of 6~18 months,two patients died from cardiovascular dis-ease at 6 months and 13 months respectively. One patient who died after 6 months was unable to evaluate the function of the hip joint. Therefore,according to the hip Harris scores at 6 months postoperation,70 cases of hip joint recovery results were defined as excellent in 43 cases,good in 25,fair 2. Conclusions The efficacy of PFNA internal fixation for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of elderly femoral trochanteric is positive, and it has the advantages of less trauma,reduction of fracture end exposure and soft tissue stripping,and protection of peripheral blood transport.关键词
