Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate fixation in the treat-ment of type C Pilon fractures. Methods The 86 cases with Pilon fractures were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method. The control group was treated with traditional anatomic plate fixa-tion,and the observation group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate fixation. The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, incision length, full weight bearing time, hospitalization time, fracture healing time, postoperative complications, pain VAS, Olerud-Molander score, the changes of dorsiflex and plantar flexion angle were compared, and the efficacy was also evaluated between two groups. Results All cases were followed up for 6~38 months. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, incision length, full weight bearing time, hospital stay and fracture healing time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.01).The VAS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the operation (P <0.01), the Olerud-Molander score, dorsiflex angle and plantar flexion angle were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01). The increasing or decreasing indexs in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group (P <0.01). The excellent and good rate was 95.35% in the observation group, which was significantly better than 76.74% in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence rate of complications was 6.98% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than that of 27.91% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate fixation for type C Pilon fractures is less trauma, can promotes fracture healing, re-duces complications incidence rate, and the efficacy is significant.关键词
