显微镜下应用拇趾腓侧皮瓣移植修复手指指腹缺损创面
Application of the great toe fibular skin flap in repair of finger ventral defect under microsco-py
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of the great toe fibular skin flap in repair of finger ventral defect under microscopy. Methods Twenty cases with finger ventral defect were repaired by using the great toe fibular skin flap,the area of the great toe fibular skin flap was 1.5 cm×1.0 cm~2.5 cm×2.0 cm. Results The operation time was 1.5~2.5 h. All the cases of the great toe fibular skin flaps were survived, no venous crisis existed. All patients were followed up for 12~36 months. At 12 months after the operation,according to the standard of Hand Surgery of the Chinese Medical Association for upper limbs,the results were excellent in 15 cases, good in 4,fair in 1. Conclusions Under the microscope,the fibrous flap of the thumb is used to repair the finger pulp de-fect.The operation takes short time to get satisfactory result with less trauma.关键词
