摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the law of stress distribution among the cancellous bone of lumbar vertebral under the anteflexion compressive load. Methods The digital analysis model of the thoracolumbar motion segments(T12~L2) was established by using the 3D ANSYS 6.0 software. For statistics purpose,the cancellous bone of the L1vertebra on the middle 3 layers was divided into 6 districts. The average stress was measured individually on the 6 districts. With the same level loading,the t-two test was made on these values of the 3 layers on the 6 districts, to study the stress distribution in lumbar vertebral cancellous bone under the anteflexion compressive load. Results In each ante-flexion compressive test of 5 defferent districts,the result was the same:the data of the A(M)district against the other five districts [A(L),A(R),P(L),P(M),P(R)],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions In the anteflexion compression loading situation,the stress concentrating is obervious among the lumbar vertebral can-cellous bone. The area of the stress concentrating is in middle of the cancellous bone front edge.关键词
