无先兆型偏头痛患者基于前脑岛的功能连接分析
Functional connectivity analysis of anterior insula in migraine without aura
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the change and its clinical significance of functional connectivity(FC)of anterior insular in migraineurs without aura.Methods Twenty migraineurs patients without aura and 20 healthy controls were explored in our study.The differences of resting-state FC based on the bilateral anterior insulars between two groups were analyzed, and the correlations between abnormal FCs and clinical symptoms were calculated.Results Compared with healthy control group, migraineurs without aura group exhibited decreased FCs between anterior insular and right posterior centeral gyrus,bilateral middle cingulate gyri,right middle frontal gyrus, bilateral supramarginal gyri and right middle temporal gyrus.No increased FC was found.Correlation analysis showed that these abnormal connections were not associated with clinical symptoms.Conclusions Brain regions showing altered FCs with bilateral anterior insulars in migraineurs are those involved in sensory -discriminative processing of pain,affective-emotional processing,and cognitive processing.And these abnormal FCs may provide new insight into the investigation of pathophysiology for migraine.关键词
