摘要

Abstract

Conditions optimization of Flammulina velutipe(Fr.) Sing liquid spawn were studied using Box-Be-hnken experimental design for response surface methodology in the paper.Based on single experiment,select-ed the main three factors (temperature, pH value and vulmn) were response surface methodology analyzed with design expert 8.0.6 design, and two multinomial mathematical model of Flammulina velutipe liquid spawn biomass were built.Under the condition of setting the inoculation amount of 10%and the speed of 160 r/min through single factor test,analysing significance and interaction of various factors,the results showed that the conditions optimization of Flammulina velutipe liquid spawn were temperature 25.96 ℃,medium capacity 106.73 ml,pH value 7.29.
