The Change and Countermeasures of Poverty Alleviation Demand in Poor Counties after the 19th CPC National Congress

Abstract
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, great progress has been made in poverty alleviation.The results are summed up in the 19th CPC National Congress report,at the same time,the report put forward new requirements for the work of poverty reduction in the new period.Accurate poverty alleviation "adhere to the working mechanism of central co-ordination responsibility to implement the provincial cities and counties ", Poverty-stricken county is the main body of the work of poverty alleviation.One of the country's 832 key counties for poverty alleviation and development,located in the concentrated areas of poverty in Qinba moun-tainous area in Danfeng County of Shaanxi Province as a case, under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought of precision and poverty alleviation,combined with the theory of poverty reduction,analysis of the effectiveness of poverty alleviation in Danfeng county,problems and changes in the demand for poverty alleviation in poor counties in the new period.After the 19th CPC National Congress the focus of poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken counties should be put on the promotion of poor households'capacity.We need to pay special attention to relative poverty and spiritual poverty,stimulate the consciousness of the poor households,and fundamentally achieve poverty alleviation.关键词
