Abstract
It was described that the premature senescence is wide spreading in maize production, which has seriously affected the maize production.It was analyzed that the maize premature senescence can be caused by maize varieties,farmland nutrients,cultural factors, climate factors, maize pests and diseases and so on.It was summarized that the selection of maize varieties with good adaptability and strong in resistance,reasonable planting density,timely sowing,protection against drought and waterlogging prevention,rational fertilization, subsoiling and straw returned and some other measures could prevent and control the premature senescence of maize effectively.关键词
