基于SALF-seq的玉米抗大斑病基因QTL分析
QTL Analysis of North Corn Leaf Blight by SALF-seq
摘要
Abstract
The susceptible inbred line Liao 3162,high resistance inbred line A619 Ht2 and mixing pool of parents(50 susceptible and 50 resistant populations of BC1F1)were carried outassociation analysis by using simplified genome technology.The common region obtained by SNP and Euclidean distance methods is 3.63 Mb(201819690 to 205452750 bp)and contains 1 10 genes in chr 2.The results provide theoretical and data supports for furtherstudying maize resistance gene.关键词
