摘要

Abstract

The strain QH94 is an antagonistic actinomycetesagainst Plasmopara viticola.Studies on the stability of the fermentation filtratemade clear that the antifungal substance of strain QH94 belongs to extracellular sec-ondary metabolites.Inhibitory rate of fermentation filtrate was 86.44%~90.37%,when the temperature be-tween 20~100 ℃.When pH value was 2.0~5.0,inhibitory rate was above 90%.Antimicrobial activity was decreased after light treatment with time.But the stability to sunlight was better than UV light.Inhibitory rate of sunlight treatment decreased to 82.22% at most,while the UV light treatment was 80%.The filtrate had good storage tolerance.It can be stored for two months at 4 ℃,and one week at room temperature.The anti-fungal substance of fermentation filtrate was insoluble in petroleum ether,carbon tetrachloride,dichlorometh-ane,ethyl acetate,soluble in acetone and methanol,which showed the antifungal substance was water solu-ble.
