摘要

Abstract

The performance of static absorption and desorption of flavonoids from orange peel with two macro-porous resins AB-8 and DM-130 was compared in this paper.the influence of liquid than solide,concentration and adsorption time of the adsorption flavonoids were studied,and the influence of ethanol concentration on de-sorption was also studied.The results showed AB-8 resin is better than DM-130 resin in absorption and de-sorption of flavonoids from orange peel.The optimal liquid than solide are both 20:1;the optimal concentra-tion of flavonoids is 17.2 mg/ml;and the optimal time of the adsorption is 2 h.the concentration of ethanol in desorption of flavonoids from orange peel is 70%,the desorption rate of resin DM-130 is 60%,while the de-sorption rate of resin AB-8 is 88%.
