摘要

Abstract

In order to research the internal flow field of the rectangular flow channel formed by combination of heat exchanger and axial flow fan,rationally match the characteristics of axial flow fan and the rectangular flow channel and improve the aerodynamic performance of axial flow fan,the characteristics of flow field of axial flow fan were analyzed by changing the radial clearance between the fan cowl and the fan and the distance between hub end face of fan exit and exit end face of the fan cowl and using the numerical simulation method,and the correctness of numerical simulation was verified by experiment.The results show that when the radial clearance between the cowl and the axial flow fan is 2 mm and the distance between hub end face of fan exit and end face of fan cowl is 0 mm,the efficiency is highest relatively,an increase of 82.67% and 55.88% in amplitude,respectively,at the same time,the exit static pressure is biggest relatively when the distance between hub end face of fan exit and end face of fan cowl is 0 mm.
