爆破动载对不同龄期混凝土支护体影响的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of the Influence of Blasting Vibration on Concrete Support with Different Ages

Abstract
In order to explore the influence of blasting vibration on shotcrete with different ages,taking the inclined roadway excavation engineering of Zouzhuang Mine south wing,the dynamic finite element software is used to analyze the peak vibration velocity and stress variation characteristics of shotcrete under the loading action of roadway tunneling blasting vibration.According to the PPV safety criterion,the damage of concrete with different ages is compared.The results showed that:at same age,the smaller the blast center distance is,the more serious blasting damage the shotcrete is,and the severe damage area of concrete spraying layer is 0 to 2.5 m;with the increase of the age of the concrete and the completion of cement hydration reaction,the mild damage range increases gradually,the mild damage range of concrete spray layer with the age of 1 d is 2.5 m to 15 m,3 d is 2.5 m to 16.25 m,7 d is 2.5 m to 16.875 m.关键词
