SBAR交接模式在危重患者长途转运中的应用
SBAR Transition Mode in Long-distance Transport of Critical Patients

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of the transition mode of SBAR (status, background, assessment, advice) in long-distance transport for critically ill patients. Methods The control group included 119 patients from May 2015 to May 2016 and the observation group 123 cases fromJune 2016 to June 2017. Control group carried out conventional oral handover in the transition, while the observation group implemented the self-developed SBAR transition mode.The incidence of adverse events,nurses'satisfaction with the transition and nurses' critical thinking ability during the transport in the 2 groups were compared. Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)and the scores of nurses'satisfaction with the transition and nurses' critical thinking ability during the transport in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion SBAR transition mode in the long-distance transport is effective for standardizing the process of the long-distance tranport,reducing the incidence of adverse events, improving nurses' satisfaction with the transition and nurses' critical thinking ability during the transport.关键词
