3种静脉留置针在成人住院患者使用效果对比分析
Effect Comparison of Three Kinds of Venous Indwelling Needles in Adult Inpatients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of 3 different indwelling needles in adult inpatients. Methods A total of 1,088 adult inpatients in 5 Class ⅢGradeⅠhospitals in Guangdong province were selected, and divided into 3 groups according to the order of bed number. Group A included 374 patients using the integrated positive pressure connector 24G indwelling needle; group B 340 patients using the disposable Y-type 24G closed connected heparin cap indwelling needle and group C 374 patients using the disposable Y-type 24G closed type venous indwelling needle connection separation membrane needleless connector. The obstruction, phlebitis, exudation and the total cost during the stay in the 3 groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence of obstruction in group A was lower than that group B and C (P<0.05), which showed statistical significance (P<0.05). There was a significant difference in the incidence of exudation between 3 groups (P<0.05) and the incidence of exudation in group C was lower than that in group A and B(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of phlebitis in 3 groups (P>0.05). The total cost of venous indwelling needle in the 3 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and group B cost the most,followed by group A and C. Conclusion Each type of indwelling needle has its own advantages and it is necessary to select the most suitable infusion tools based on patient's economic conditions and the effect of the indwelling needle.关键词
