超声波辅助法提取牛皮胶原蛋白
Extraction of Collagen from Bovine Hide Assisted by Ultrasonic

Abstract
Collagen was extracted from bovine hide assisted by ultrasonic when the power of 20 kHz ultrasound respectively was 45,90 or 135 W and the ultrasonic time was 10,20,40,60 or 80 min.The results showed that the ultrasonic-assisted method could improve the extraction rate of collagen obviously.A amount of collagen began to degrading when the ultrasonic power was 135 W.The thermal denaturation temperature of collagen decreased slightly with the increase of ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time.In this experiment,the optimal ultrasonic conditions were 90 W and 60 to 80 min,at this point,the gel electrophoresis,infrared and ultraviolet spectra showed that the triplehelical structure of collagen was retained.And on this condition,the extraction rate of collagen was about 53.00%,compared with the extraction without ultrasonic assistance,increased by about 20.00%.关键词
