基于合成氟二元醇改性水性聚氨酯研究
Synthesis of Fluorinated Diol and the Properties of Fluorinated Waterborne Polyurethane

Abstract
Fluorinated diols with different fluorinated side chains were synthesized by Michael addition reaction of diethanol amine with hexafluorobutyl methacrylate and dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate,respectively.Then,the fluorinated diols were used as chain extender to prepare waterborne polyurethane (WPU).FTIR,1H-NMR and HPLC were utilized to characterize the purities and structures of the fluorinated diols,and the effect of the fluorocarbon chain length and/or dosage of the fluorinated diols on the properties of WPU emulsion and films were also investigated.The results showed that the yield and purity of fluorinated diols synthesized by this method reached to 96.8% and 98.97%,respectively.Meanwhile,the stable WPU emulsions could be obtained as the chain extenders were used with 50% or 100% of the fluorinated diols.An increase in the fluorinated side chains or dosage of the fluorinated diols led to increase in the particle size of WPU emulsions as well as the tensile strength,thermal stability,water resistance and surface hydrophobic performance of the resultant films.In comparison with unmodified WPU,as the fluorinated diols from dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate was used as the chain extender,the tensile strength of the WPU film was increased from 10.1 MPa to 14.5 MPa,the water absorption was decreased from 18.0% to 6.5% and the water contact angle was increased from 71.4° to 93.9°.关键词
