风水肾炎汤对IgA肾病大鼠模型治疗作用及血清Scr、BUN、IL-21表达的研究
The effect of Fengshui Shenyan decoction on the model of IgA nephropathy rats and the expression of serum Scr,BUN and IL-21

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of self-made Fengshui Shenyan decoction on IgA nephropathy rats and the effect on the expression of serum Scr,BUN,IL-21,IL-4 and TNF-alpha.Methods:The purchase of 100 experimental healthy rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,positive drug group and treatment group,control group of normal feeding,the other three groups were prepared for IgA nephropathy rats model group without any treatment,the positive drug group were given placebo,treatment group was treated by Fengshui Sheny-an decoction in the treatment of nephritis treatment;or after 1 months compared with the rats of 24 h urinary pro-tein,serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Scr),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-alpha)and interleukin-4 (IL-4),interleukin-21(IL-21)content.Results:The 24 h urine protein,Scr and BUN were statistically different in each group(P<0.05),and TNF-alpha,IL-4 and IL-21 in each group were statistically different(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Fengshui Shenyan decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on IgA nephropathy rats.It can reduce the con-tent of protein in urine and the level of creatinine and urea nitrogen in serum.It can protect renal function by decrea-sing its IL-21 in serum and regulating immune response.关键词
