补肾强骨汤治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松大鼠模型疗效研究
Clinical observation of the DOP rats model treated by Bushen Qianggu decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Bushen Qianggu decoction on diabetic osteoporosis(DOP)rats. Methods:The purchase of 60 rats,10 rats were randomly selected into the blank group,the remaining 50 rats were prepared for DOP of type 2 diabetic rats,30 rats were selected randomly for modeling the success of model group and positive control group and the observation group;model group was not given any treatment intervention,positive control in the placebo group,the observation group was treated with Bushen Qianggu decoction in the treatment of rats were observed,blood glucose,insulin,serum calcium, phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase,bone density after 12 weeks(BMD)and insulin-like growth factor(IGF-1),tumor necrosis fac-tor alpha(TNF-α)changes.Results:The model group,positive control group,the observation group of rats with fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin and control group have differences(P<0.05);no difference between model group and positive control group (P>0.05);fasting glucose in observation group lower than the model group,positive control group,fasting insulin was higher than that of model group,positive control group,had significant difference(P<0.05).Model group,positive control group,the obser-vation group of rats serum calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase and BMD and the blank group have differences(P<0. 05);no difference between model group and positive control group(P>0.05);observation group,serum calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase and BMD were better than that of model group and positive control group(P<0.05).Model group,positive control group,the observation group rats serum IGF-1,TNF-expression level and the blank group have differences(P<0.05);no difference between model group and positive control group(P>0.05);observation group IGF-1,TNF-expression level was better than the model group and positive control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bushen Qianggu decoction can reduce the blood sugar level of diabetic DOP rats,improve the osteoporosis and increase the bone mineral density.关键词
