胃癌中医辨证分型与TFF1、EGFR表达相关性研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the stomach of traditional Chinese medicine and the expression of TFF1, EGFR expression correlation.Methods:80 cases of gastric cancer patients as the research object,according to the "standard of diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine" it can be divided into positive group(43 cases)and the deficiency syndrome group(37 cases),choose 30 cases of healthy check-up for a control during this period,under the consent of all the subjects were informed about the 3 leaf factor 1(trefoil factor 1, TFF1)expression,epidermal growth factor receptor(epithelial growth factor receptor,EGFR)were measured and analyzed the correlation between them.Results:The positive group,the deficiency syndrome group,control group TFF1 expression,EGFR expression two comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Each card type in the empirical and deficiency syndrome group patients TFF1 expression,EGFR expression comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of TFF1 and gastric cancer nega-tive correlation of traditional Chinese medicine,and the expression of EGFR was positively correlation with stomach cancer of traditional Chinese medicine,can be used as a micro molecular indicators of cancer of the stomach to pro-mote the use.关键词
