Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of Lidan Shugan decoction for patients with malignant obstructive jaundice.Methods:68 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice were treated with interventional therapy in our hospital as the study data,all patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group took a simple interventional therapy,treatment group on the basis of the control group were treated with Li-dan Shugan decoction treatment;after a course of treatment,compared two groups of patients with biliary drainage, serum endotoxin levels and liver function test index series.Results:The two groups after treatment liver function in-dex and PE level were better than those of the group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and after treatment in patients with liver function index and PE level were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The flow rate of bile in the control group was(231.25 ± 102. 14)ml/d,and the flow rate of bile in the treatment group was(378.36 ± 106.21)ml/d,and the flow rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lidan Shugan decoction can im-prove the curative effect of interventional therapy,and have ideal effect on improving the function of liver and gall-bladder.关键词
