醒脑通络汤联合高压氧对改善颅脑重度损伤患者意识功能障碍的作用研究
Xingnao Tongluo decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the improvement of consciousness dysfunction in patients with severe craniocerebral injury

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Xingnao Tongluo decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on conscious dysfunction in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:Severe injury patients as the research data of 74 cases were randomly divided into the control group and study group,the control group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy,study group in the control group based on the therapy combined with Xingnao Tongluo decoction treatment,after a course of treatment,clinical evaluation the effect and comparative analysis,score statis-tics of two groups of patients awake time,prognosis of Glasgow(GOS),observed before and after treatment in two groups of serum myelin basic protein in patients with(MBP),neuron specific enolase(NSE)and S100 protein (S100-B)expression.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 64.86%,the total effective rate of the study group was 78.38%,and the clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of MBP,NSE and S100-B in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was P<0.05.After treatment,the two groups im-proved compared with the treatment group,compared with P<0.05.The sober time of the patients in the study group was less than that of the control group,and the score of GOS was better than that of the control group(P<0. 05).Conclusion:Xingnao Tongluo decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively improve the severe traumatic brain injury patients with disturbance of consciousness,shorten the recovery time of patients,im-prove the prognosis of patients with quality,reduce serum markers expression of nerve injury.关键词
