大黄驱毒汤联合乌司他丁治疗肠瘘合并重症腹腔感染的疗效及对患者血清T N F-α、CRP、IL-6水平的作用研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the Dahuang Qudu decoction combined with ulinastatin treatment of intestinal fistula complicated with severe abdominal infection on the serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and C reactive pro-tein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)expression level role.Methods:56 cases of intestinal fistula complicated with severe abdominal infection patients as the research object,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was given Ulinastatin treatment,observation group were treated with Dahuang Qudu decoction in the control group at the same time,two groups of clinical curative effect evaluation after one course of treatment,and observe the two groups before and after treatment in patients with serum inflammatory fac-tor TNF-αalpha and CRP,IL-6 expression level changes.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 71.43%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 85.71%.The clinical curative effect of the obser-vation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the expression levels of TNF-α, CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were improved,P<0.05;and after treatment,the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Dahuang Qudu decoction combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of intestinal fistula complicated with severe intra -abdominal infection and can reduce the effect of clear good,the expression level of serum TNF -α,CRP,IL -6,control inflammatory lesions and evolution.关键词
