醒脑汤治疗脑小血管病合并高同型半胱氨酸血症疗效研究
The curative effect of Xingnao decoction in treating cerebrovascular disease with hyperhomocysteine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xingnao decoction in the treatment of cerebral small vessel disease combined with hyperhomocysteinemia and effects on the activities of life ability of patients with homo-cysteine and plasma index and mental state and cognitive ability.Methods:100 cases of cerebral small vessel disease (SVD)and homocysteine(Hcy)patients were enrolled in this study,divided into control group and observation group,control group with conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group was treated with Xingnao decoction in the treatment of treatment in the control group at the same time,treatment after 12 weeks to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups and observe the changes of related indexes.Results:The total effective rate of control group was 70%,the total efficiency of the observation group was 88%,the clinical curative effect of observa-tion group was better than that of control group,the observation group(P<0.05);Hcy,folic acid and vitamin B12 were better than the control group,after treatment(P<0.05);the observation group ADL,MMSE,MoCA and ADAS-Cog were better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xingnao decoction is ef-fective in the treatment of cerebral small vessel disease complicated with hyperhomocysteinemia.It can improve the indexes of Hcy and improve the related functional status of patients.关键词
