益母草联用氧疗及缩宫素对产妇产后出血和生活质量的影响研究

Abstract
Objective:The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of oxygen inhalation and le-onurusheterophyllus injectionto life -quality in patients receiving vaginal delivery.Methods:Total 192 patients re-ceiving vaginal delivery were enrolled into the study who were randomly divided into experimental group(leonurus heterophyllus injection+oxygen inhalation + oxytocin)and control group(leonurus heterophyllus injection+ oxyto-cin).Blood loss at 1 h,2 h after delivery,descent velocity of uterus bottom,duration of lochia and hospital staywere gathered and the scores of SF-36 at 1 month after delivery were recorded.Results:Blood loss at 1 h,2 h af-terdelivery in experimental group were reduced than control group(96.2 ± 49.5 vs 154.7 ± 78.3 ml,159.3 ± 58.9 vs 263.6 ± 68.2 ml,P<0.05).Descent velocity of uterus bottom in experimental group was faster than control group (1.5 ± 0.4 vs 0.5 ± 0.3 cm/d,P<0.05).Duration of lochia and hospital stay in experimental group was shorter than control group(13.2 ± 5.3 vs 22.8 ± 14.3 d,3.7 ± 1.2 vs 5.3 ± 2.1 d,P<0.05).Scores of SF-36 after one month were induced by the treatment of oxygen inhalation.Conclusions:Oxygen inhalation with leonurus hetero-phyllus injectionand oxytocin reduced postpartum hemorrhage and improved life -quality in patients receiving vaginal delivery.关键词
