归脾汤合四逆散加减结合耳穴贴压治疗脾虚肝亢型小儿多发性抽动症临床研究

Abstract
Objective:Combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical practice,the clinical effect of recombination of the Sini powder and Guipi decoction combined ear acupoints on the treatment of the spleen deficiency of the spleen deficiency liver hyperactive syndrome was discussed.Methods:Selection liver Pixu(spleen deficient)of 90 patients with infantile tourette syndrome,according to the stochastic indicator method were random-ly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases,control group patients with conventional western med-icine treatment,the drug for citicoline sodium capsule,2 /time,3 times/d.Observation group of patients based on the use of Sini powder and Guipi decoction combined ear acupoints therapy,and on the basis of this massage was no less than 3 times a day,each time press 5 ~ 10 min,alternating compressions from ear to ear.Both groups were 2 months.Compared with the two groups,the results were compared between the two groups of patients with the se-verity of the degree of severity and the severity of the adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,24 of the patients in the observation group were effective,19 were effective,2 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 95. 56%.In the control group,19 cases were developed,18 were valid,8 were invalid,and the total effective rate was 82.22%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups of vocal twitching,activeness,and total score.After treatment, the observation group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).There were 5 adverse reactions in the observa-tion group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.2%,and the control group had 15 adverse reactions,with the incidence rate of 30.61%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sini powder and Guipi decoction combined ear acupoints in the treatment of hepatic port of Pixu(spleen deficient)children with tourette syndrome curative effect significantly,can significantly improve patients with YGTSS score,alleviate symp-toms of patients twitch,and less adverse reactions occurring in patients with.关键词
