化瘀扶正汤治疗血瘀气虚型口腔扁平苔藓疗效及对患者血清免疫因子表达的研究
Huayu Fuzheng decoction in the treatment of blood stasis and qi deficiency and the expression of serum immune factors in oral lichen patients

Abstract
Objective:Combined with clinical practice experience,the clinical efficacy and effect of the analysis of the treatment of blood stasis in the treatment of blood stasis and qi deficiency in oral lichen patients were ob-served.Methods:Selected 106 cases of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of oral squamous moss,adop-ting digital random method,were divided into observation group(n= 53)and the control group(n=53),control group given conventional western medicine treatment,drug use and triamcinolone acetonide injection,the observa-tion group of patients on the basis of the combination with Huayu Fuzheng decoction,observe clinical efficacy of two groups of patients and serum immune factors expression level,and the observation group and control group after treatment comparing erosion area and congested area.Results:In the observation group,36 cases of patients with flat moss were cured,14 were effective,3 were invalid,the control group was recovered 25 cases,16 were valid,12 were invalid,and the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of TNF-a,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10, the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The area of erosion of the patients treated by the observation group was significantly smaller than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huayu Fuzheng decoction can effectively reduce the qi deficiency and blood stasis type of oral compressed moss the patient's level of serum immune factors,and oral local lesion heal-ing,clinical curative effect is distinct.关键词
