通络糖泰方对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对Cys-C水平、运动传导速度的影响

Abstract
Objective:Analysis of Tongluo Tangtai decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy serum cysta-tin C(Cys-C),motor conduction velocity and improve the curative effect.Methods:Review the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in 58 cases,according to the different treatment methods were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy combined with Methycobal combined collaterals,observe the treatment with conventional sugar treatment group,curative effect of two groups of patients after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The two groups of patients before treatment,HbAlc,FPG,2hPG,TAOC,Cys-C,no significant differences between the levels of Hcy(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group of patients with HbAlc FPG,2hPG,Cys-C,Hcy levels lower than the control group,the level of TAOC was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,two groups of patients with the median nerve,ulnar nerve,common peroneal nerve and MNCV there was no significant difference in the level of SNCV(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of MNCV and SNCV in the median nerve,ulnar nerve and peroneal nerve of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Tongluo Tangtai recipe can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,accelerate the conduction velocity of sensory nerve and motor nerve,and decrease the expression of Cys-Cn Hcy in serum.关键词
