中药外洗联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎临床研究
Clinical Study on treating ankle joint traumatic arthritis with external washing of Chinese medicine and sodium hyaluronate injection

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of traumatic arthritis of ankle joint.Methods:114 patients with traumatic arthritis in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group I according to the ratio of 1: 1: 1,the control group II Group(38 cases),the observation group of patients with traditional Chinese medicine combined with sodi-um hyaluronate intra-articular injection therapy,control group I patients with sodium hyaluronate injection intra-ar-ticular injection treatment,control group II patients with diclofenac sodium tablets orally.(IL-1)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were observed and compared between the three groups before and after treatment.The ankle joint pain,activity function,effusion swelling and inflammatory factor levels were observed and compared.Results:The clinical cure rate was 31.58%,the effective rate was 36.84%,the total effective rate was 97.37% higher than 21. 05%,23.68%,81.58% and 7.89%,18.42% and 68.42% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group I,the control group II,the ankle-hind-foot index score and the ankle joint activity score were higher than the control group I,the control group II,IL-1 and TNF-I group,control group II,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of traumatic arthritis of ankle joint is superi-or to the single therapeutic effect,and it is easy to be used in clinical practice.关键词
