Abstract
Objective:To study the curative effect of Sanfu moxibustion application on treatment of refractory children's respiratory tract infection.Methods:Select 82 cases of respiratory infection were included in this study,all of them by the method of random divided into control group and observation group,control group given simulation of acupoint sticking therapy,observation group was given Sanfu moxibustion therapy,followed up for one year the num-ber of statistics of two groups of children with respiratory tract infection,evaluating the degree;the efficacy of the two groups was compared.The main clinical symptoms of coughing,expectoration,fever and disappearance time. Results:The total effective rate of control group was 29.27%.The total effective rate of observation group was 87. 80%.Compared with the control group,the effect was more excellent(P<0.05).Degree of control group after treat-ment in children with symptoms,not seen to improve the contrast group(P>0.05),while the observation group with improved contrast group(P<0.05),at the same time after treatment episodes,degree of illness observation group were better than control way comparison(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 14. 63%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 17.07% in the observation group(P>0.05).The time of disappear-ance of cough,the time of disappearance of expectoration and the time of fever were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Sanfu moxibustion apply to the treatment of refractory chil-dren's respiratory tract infection with a clear control effect,easy to be accepted by the patient,can be promoted clini-cally.关键词
