穴位刺激联合吸入疗法对小儿哮喘患者症状体征及呼吸功能状态的影响观察
Acupoint stimulation combined with anapnotherapy on the sings and symptoms, respiratory function state of children with asthma

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence situation on acupoint stimulation combined with anapnotherapy for the sings and symptoms,respiratory function state of children with asthma.Methods:64 children with asthma were the study object,and 64 children were randomly divided into two groups,32 children of control group were trea-ted with conventional anapnotherapy of western medicine,32 children of observation group were treated with acupoint stimulation on the treatment of control group,then the important time of sings and symptoms,respiratory function state indexes at different time before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results:The rates of re-mission time of breath shortness,disappearing time of asthmatic suffocating and disappearing time of wheeze rale <3 d of observation group were respectively 87.50%,78.13 and 71.88%,and they were all higher than 56.25%,50. 00% and 43.75% of control group,the respiratory function state indexes including common lung function indexes and airway response indexes at different time after the treatment were all significantly better than those of control group,all P<0.05,the two groups' differences were all significant.Conclusion:The acupoint stimulation combined with anapnotherapy can effectively improve the sings and symptoms of children with asthma,and the improvement role for the respiratory function state is prominent,so the application value of the treatment program in theses chil-dren is higher.关键词
