Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Yurong Huayu decoction in the treatment of chloasma.Methods:72 cases of patients with melasma were enrolled in this study,all patients were divided randomly into respectively control group and observation group,the control goup was treated with Yu-rong Huayu decoction,the observation group was given acupuncture treatment based on the treatment in control group,after two courses of treatment at the same time,observed before and after treatment,clinical symptoms of patients with clinical evaluation.Follow up for 6 months,the clinical symptoms of two groups including chloasma area,color and symptoms and recurrence were observed and statistically analyzed,including the incidence of new spots and deep lesions.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,and the clinical efficacy evaluation of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the chloasma area,color and symptom severity of the observation group were lighter than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,all the symptoms of the two groups were im-proved,and the contrast between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the area,color and consciousness of the Chloasma in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the two groups were compared with P<0.05.In the observation group,the rate of recurrent new spots was 5.56%,the relapse rate of the original spots was 11.11%,the recurrence rate of the control group was 22. 22%,the relapse rate of the original spots was 36.11%,the relapse rate and the relapse rate of the original spots were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined Yurong Huayu decoction in the treatment of chloasma,good curative effect.关键词
