猪流行性腹泻病毒流行株M基因的克隆与序列分析
Clone and sequence analysis of M gene of field porcine epidemic diarrhea virus
摘要
Abstract
The M genes of 2 clinical isolates of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV),D1 and D3 were cloned by RT-PCR,then their nucleotide and encoding amino acid sequences were analyzed.The results showed that the nucleotide sequence homology of the 2 isolates was 98.1% and the homology of amino acid sequence was 97.8%.The phylogenetic relationship of the isolate D1 and the reference strain EAS1,SM98,CHM2013 isolates were relatively close,while the phylogenetic relationship of the isolate D3 and PEDV-LY,PEDV-WS,CH22 isolates were relatively close.Compared with the reference strain CV777,the location and sequence composition of 4 antigen determinants in M protein of isolate D1 were changed.关键词
