水库移民安置模式与被征地农民安置模式的比较研究
Comparative Study on Resettlement Patterns of L and-expropriated Farmers and Reservoir Resettlement
摘要
Abstract
The resettlement patterns of land-expropriated farmers and reservoir resettlement are directly related to their living standard and development prospect.Based on relevant literatures,the resettlement patterns of land-expropriated farmers and reservoir resettlement are sorted out.The resettlement patterns are firstly classed on the basis of the first-stage classification (with three kinds of modes),second-stage classification (with six kinds of modes) and three-stage classification (with thirteen kinds of modes),and then the resettlement patterns of land-expropriated farmers and reservoir resettlement are comparatively studied by using Pressure-State-Response (PSR) framework model.The results show that there are great difference between the resettlement patterns of land-expropriated farmers and reservoir resettlement in terms of pressure,state and response.Some suggestions for improving the resettlement patterns of land-expropriated farmers and reservoir resettlement are put forward.关键词
