摘要
Abstract
The integrated design,comprehensive supervision and independent assessment are particularly important in the implementation of resettlement projects.Currently,the integrated design,comprehensive supervision and independent assessment are mainly promoted by the management philosophy of enterprise itself,and official evaluation mechanism on the quality and effectiveness of these three aspects is not established at national level,which results significant technology level and service capability differences in these aspects.Taking the evaluation on three aspects in Sichuan's water conservancy and hydropower resettlement projects in 2015 as an example,the overall status is introduced,the relevant circumstances are analyzed,the existing problems are explored and the corresponding suggestions are also proposed for facilitate the integrated design,comprehensive supervision and independent assessment of hydropower resettlement projects.关键词
