摘要

Abstract

To solve the problem of unbalance in water quantity during scheduling period of short-term unified optimal operation of cascade reservoirs,a short-term unified optimization model considering the influence of flow delay time is put forward.The scheduling period affected by the flow delay time is divided into three parts:the part affected by the previous scheduling period,the part affected by this scheduling period,and the part affecting the next scheduling period.On this basis,a block resolution method based on POA is adopted.A case study of Pubugou Hydropower Station and its following cascade hydropower stations in Dadu River is carried out for its validation.The results show that the proposed method can effectively deal with the difficulty of calculating caused by the flow delay time,and can better reflect the generation benefit of the scheduling period affected by flow delay time.The method is simple and practical.
