定、变速抽水蓄能机组调度决策关键技术研究
Research on Key Dispatching Technique of Fixed-speed and Variable-speed Pumped-storage Units
摘要
Abstract
The operational characteristics of variable-speed and fixed-speed pumped-storage units are analyzed,and then a codispatching model of pumped-storage and other types of units is proposed based on mixed-integer optimization.The model takes the limits of operation condition,reservoir volume and cycle type of pumped-storage into account,and the losses brought by over-frequently start-up/shut-down and operating outside stable range of pumped-storage are also considered in the model.The CPLEX is deployed to solve the model.The case study based on a provincial test system shows that the model can effectively schedule the output of both variable-speed and fixed-speed pumped-storage units for peak shaving and new energy consumption while considering their economic life.The simulation results also show that the variable-speed pumped-storage unit is better for operating condition improvement and new energy consumption of power system due to its more flexible characteristic.关键词
