摘要

Abstract

A comprehensive analytical method based on liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) had been developed for the determination of 4 kinds of phenolic compounds in polycarbonate food packaging materials.The samples were extracted with dichloromethane under ultrasonication,and the extract was evaporated to dryness under nitrogen before constant-volumed with methanol.Finally,it was analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS.The ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18 column and gradient elution were selected to separate with methanol-0.1% (volume fraction) ammonia solution.The mass spectrometer was operated under multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) and ESI-mode.The results indicate that,the method shows good linear relationships for 4 phenolic compounds in the concentration range of 0.2~2 mg/L,with correlation coefficients above 0.999.The detection limits are in the range of 3~10 μg/kg,and the limits of quantitation are 10~50 μg/kg.The recoveries of 4 phenolic compounds are in the range of 84.4%~108.8% at three spiked concentrations levels of 100,200 and 400 μg/L.The established method has the advantages of good separation,high accurancy,high recovery,convenience and rapidness.This will be lay a foundation for the risk monitoring of hazardous substances in food packaging materials.
