Abstract

Aiming at the problem of the limitations from the parameter measurements made by both indoor testing and in situ testing,an inversion analysis is made on the specific physical parameters with some specific known monitoring values,for which the elasticmodulis of both pumping station and its foundation are inversely studied.At first,a response surface equation that can reflect the non-linear implicit relationship between the modulus of pumping station and its displacement is established for replacing FEM calculation through the relevant finite test with central composite design based on FEM analysis;secondarily,iterative refinement is made for the objective function of response surface equation,thereby realizing the inversion analysis of the modulus of pumping station;finally,two puming stations are selected for the inversions of their monitoring values,from which the most of the errors of the result from the response surface equation are within 1%,while the errors of the final iversions of the modulis are within 2%.It is indicated through several calculation cases that the method has a high solving efficiency with less error from the calculation result,thus can correctly reflect the real status of material.The study result can provide references for determining parameters for the construction of actual pumping station.
