大湖流域水生态文明特征与评价体系研究——以鄱阳湖流域为例
Study on aquatic eco-civilization characteristics of great lake-basin and assessment system——A case study of Poyanghu Lake Basin

Abstract
Based on unscrambling the connotation of aquatic eco-civilization,the aquatic eco-civilization characteristics of great lake-basin are described herein,and then a great lake-basin civilization assessment index system consisted of three systems (natural system,social-economic system and human-water relation systwm),three natural geomorphic units (mountainous area,plain area and lake-area) and two social-economic systems (urban area and rural area) as well as 25 indexes is put forward herein.In the aspect of assessing method,a differential weighting scoring system and multi-scale grading method are introduced.Under the consideration of the experiences from the existing pilot assessments made on the aquatic eco-civilization in China as well as the natural and social-economic characteristics of different regions,the status of the aquatic eco-civilization is divided into five grades,so as to embody the integral status of the aquatic eco-civilization of great lake-basin as well as the spatial differences of the aquatic eco-civilization within lake-basin.Applying this method to Poyanghu Lake-Basin in Jiangxi Province,the spatial pattern of the aquatic eco-civilization therein is assessed,while the key directions of the integral and sub-regional aquatic eco-civilization constructions of the basin are further defined as well.The study result has referential value for assessing the aquatic ecocivilization of great lake-basin and defining the key tasks of the further construction concerned.关键词
