HER2阳性晚期胃癌患者MDT诊治报道一例
MDT diagnosis and treatment of a case of HER2-positive advanced stage gastric cancer
摘要
Abstract
This article describes the process of multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment of a HER2-positive advanced stage gastric cancer.The patient was diagnosed as advanced stage gastric cancer with multiple unresectable metastases in the neck,abdominal and mediastinal lymph nodes at the time of initial diagnosis.After multidisciplinary discussion,the patient received first-line chemotherapy combined with trastuzumab treatment,second-line chemotherapy combined with brain metastases radiotherapy,and third-line alternative chemotherapy regimen together with trastuzumab rechallenge and multiple other therapeutic approaches.Finally,the patient reached an overall survival of 25 months.The prognosis of patients with advanced gastric cancer is poor.Multi-disciplinary collaboration can integrate the treatment strategies,ensure that the patients have received reasonable individualized comprehensive treatment,and effectively extend the patient survival time.关键词
