The Interpretation of the Public Library Information Construction after the Implementation of the Public Library Law

Abstract
The Public Library Law has been enforced since 2018.Based on the pectination of the relevant clause of library information construction in the public library, this paper interprets the information construction of public libraries on digitalization and networking, integration of culture and technology, preservation and utilization of digital resources, network security and the protection of readers' privacy, communication and cooperation and technical support between libraries in detail.关键词
