摘要

Abstract

Inorganic fillers can be used to make excellent thermal conductivity silicone grease,and showed broad prospects for development.This article studies the mechanism of thermal grease and theoretical analysis,and under the guidance of this theory,in the glass reaction kettle at temperature 120 ℃,evacuated for 2 hours and prepared kinds of spherical alumi-num treated by zinc stearate thermal grease,different types of fillers thermal grease(including aluminum nitride,silicon carbide,graphite)and binary mixture of thermal grease,and analyzed the effect of zinc stearate surface treatment,filling ratio,particle size etc factors on the one —component thermal grease thermal conductivity as well as the effect of reinfor-cing filler and main filler of the ratio on the thermal conductivity of binary mixture thermal grease,and tested the thermal conductivity of silicone grease to compare good or bad,and analyzed the manufacturability problems appeared in the test.
