复方氟康唑乳膏对犬猫外耳炎的临床药效试验
Clinical efficacy of Compound Fluconazole Cream on external otitis in dogs and cats
摘要
Abstract
This test was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Compound Fluconazole Cream.179 dogs and cats with external otitis were chosen and were given Compound Fluconazole Cream once a day for 14 successive days by the dosage of 4 drops in each sick ear.Treatment efficacy was assessed according to the animals' actions of scratching ears and shaking heads,and their symptoms of ear canal exudate,epidermal hyperplasia,ear tenderness and positive ear canal pathogens.The results showed that the medical treatment improved the symptoms of itching,shaking heads,the odor level of the subjects,and that 96.6％ of the pathogens turned negative.To conclude,Compound Fluconazole Cream had a good efficacy on external otitis caused by fungi and bacteria.关键词
